Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
International Shipping
At this time, we are expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please contact us at support@luxelifeaffiliates.com to inquire about shipping to your country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at rubralifestyle@gmail.com before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
