Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Returns requested after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Red Light Therapy Mask arrives damaged or defective:

* Contact us immediately after delivery
* Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
* Return the damaged item as instructed

If the return is due to verified damage or defect, store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@luxelifeaffiliates.com (mailto:support@luxelifeaffiliates.com) with:

* Your order number
* Reason for return
* Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

* No cash refunds are offered
* All approved returns are issued as store credit only
* Store credit will be processed minus shipping costs
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If the return is approved due to damage on arrival, store credit will be issued after inspection.

Return Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at support@luxelifeaffiliates.com

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service
* We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

* The item shows signs of use, wear, or misuse
* The item has been altered or modified
* The return request is made outside the 30-day window

Store Credit Terms

* Store credit has no cash value
* Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
* Store credit may only be used for future purchases
